SHIPPING POLICY

We offer curbside pickup for any local customers. Pickups are available weekdays by appointment, given the nature of our products. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. Our curbside pickup is contactless. Please come tot he pick-up box to collect your purchase.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 for any Canadian resident.

​

FLAT RATE FEE

We offer a flat rate of $15 for any purchase made in Canada.

​

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international delivers and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

DELAYED ORDERS

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Pleas see below for more information on the return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked withing fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unwused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at infor@lolacustomdesigns.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Any open or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
